Summary: Beautiful place to stay! The top floor kitchen/dining/living space is relaxing and very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely equipped for those who like to cook. The beds were comfortable. The owners are lovely people who are responsive to questions/concerns. There is a walking road close to the ocean where several shipwrecks can be seen. It is in a very convenient location for the Blue Lagoon and the airport. We also spent a day driving to the basalt columns and the Solheimajokull glacier. We look forward to returning to Iceland and staying in this lovely home again.

Summary: For our family, this was the perfect place. The unique details of the renovation and decor, services like beverages and washer, the amazing views and the quiet location are the things we loved most. The host was very communicative and we had no issues. The house was clean, warm and bright. We especially enjoyed our walk in to town for dinner. We found Grindavik to be a very friendly and safe town. Papas was fun and unexpected.

Summary: Beautiful views from the top floor windows and balcony. We could see smoke from the volcanic activity to the east. Nicely appointed. We did very simple self catered meals but there was a good selection of cookware for someone who wants to do more.

Summary: We had the most amazing stay in this sleek, unique and beautiful property! We woke to the ocean every morning and even on the one stormy day that we had, we were mesmerized by the view! We loved being in this quaint fishing village, away from the hustle of the city. It was close to so much and we really enjoyed coming home here after each day’s excursions. We cannot recommend the ATV tour enough - literally located across the street from the property! Thank you for being so accommodating and letting us use your beautiful home!

Summary: This was a great property. There is a bedroom (2 twin bed) and full bathroom on the first floor, bedroom on second floor with half-bath and living space with kitchen on the top floor. The views from the 3rd floor were amazing, including the mountains and ocean. The décor was very nice and the entire property is well-maintained. The host was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again for any future trips to Iceland. Would highly recommend.

Summary: This home is so lovely. Truly recommend it to anyone traveling to Iceland. Grindavik is very close to the airport, a great place to see volcanos, and the Blue Lagoon is minutes away. We stayed two nights and had a really wonderful time. This books through VRBO. I recommend trying to book directly on the Tower’s website though. We didn’t get the VRBO communications but the owner was very communicative on WhatsApp during our trip. Bonus is this house has a washing machine (no dryer but has a drying rack that easily dried things overnight for us). Wonderful and unique home.

Summary: Such a cool place to stay and extremely comfortable. VERY conveniently located to the Blue Lagoon (10 min away) and other sites around the Reykjanes Peninsula. Would 100% recommend this unique property and hope we have a chance to stay here again!
